My order is incomplete or damaged, what can I do?

If there is something wrong with the order you received or if (part of) the order is damaged, please contact us. We will then advise you what to do and help you solve the problem!

Can I return a product?

You have the right to return the product without reason within a period of 14 days. The return period expires 14 days after the day on which you received the product. To return a product, you must first notify us in writing via Your return request is valid if it has been sent within a period of 14 days.

How do I return a product?

The product must be returned with all accessories supplied and as good as possible in its original condition and packaging. We therefore recommend that you always carefully open the shipping box and original packaging, so that you can use it again to return the order.

How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you will receive the full amount you paid, including the delivery costs. After you have submitted the return request, we will refund the amount as soon as possible in the same way as the original transaction was made. This will be done within 14 days at the latest.

Are there costs associated with the return?

Although we will refund the original shipping costs, you are responsible for the costs of the return. You must therefore pay the costs that are necessary to return the product to us.
