Shipping & delivery

All orders are processed for dispatch within one business day from our facility in Belgium. Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you upon placement, as well as tracking info when your order has been dispatched. 

We ship worldwide all of our orders with bpack World Business from Belgium. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Please let us know if you find any problems at all at check out and we’ll be more than happy to help. Let us know if you can’t find your country in the shipping options and we will find a solution as fast as possible.

Delivery times

During new collection launches and sale periods, we try to commit to our normal delivery times, however processing may take up to two business days. From dispatch, delivery speeds are subject to courier capacity and may be delayed during busy selling periods e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, …

Customs fees, duties & taxes

Please note, we do not cover Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes. Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes vary between countries and may be applied at the port of entry of the receiver’s country. If you are unsure about Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes in your country, please confirm with your Customs Office prior to placing an order.

We make every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied at Customs.

Customer’s will need to make payment in order for Customs to release the delivery. Customer’s will be liable for shipments that are rejected at Customs (e.g. where a customer refuses to pay). When a shipment is rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

Changes to your order

If you need to make any changes after placing your order, please contact us ASAP at with your order number and we will do our best to update the order before it is processed. If your order is processed before these changes can be made, we accept no responsibility for any loss.
